The Pennsylvania Licensure Coalition has refused repeated requests for infor- mation about the harm on which it has based its position.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not need massage licensure to protect the public from harm that does not exist.
Massage therapists and other bodyworkers in Pennsylvania should not be required to pay fees for state certification, national certification, and all the other costly jazz that goes with state regulation in order to protect the public from harm that does not exist.
